Welcome to Lake House Productions (formerly Tiny Productions). LHP is comprised of a group of friends and indie film/video enthusiasts. We have worked on several projects  that have proven to be a great learning experience as well as a lot of fun. We are always looking for our next project as well as creative people interested in learning more about movie making.

News Flash DVD Now Available

The time has come, A Fistful of Pesos is finally done. Thanks so much to everyone involved with the project. DVD copies of the movie are now available here. I hope you all enjoy this as much as we have.

A Days Work is the story of a hard luck criminal. His personal and business problems are adding up and its going to be a long day. In making this we hoped to create an action piece that also takes a look at the not so glamorous side of a criminal's work. We also explore how while often romantically portrayed on the big screen, criminals lead lives not unlike that of everyday people.

Wow, its been a year since the last news update. Well LHP released a new short called "Stealing Trash" during the annual Christmas season. It was meet with mixed success and I hope to have it available on the website in the near future. In other news the LHP annual stock holder meeting will be held in Las Vegas this Thursday thru Sunday. We hope to discus the direction for the coming year and future project ideas. I'll try to keep the website up to date with further news. Best of luck to all.

For those that haven't hear, we are finishing up our latest movie Fistful of Pesos and are expecting a December release. Shoot went very well and editing is coming along nicely. Thanks to everyone that helped out. Happy holidays.

Things are starting to heat up here at Lakehouse Productions. Shooting on our new movie A Fistful of Pesos has begun. Make sure you check out the teaser trailer and let us know what you think. We will be needing extras for several scenes so if you are interested please send me your email. We are hoping to get this movie out by December, but we will have to wait and see. I am also planning to update the website here in the next few months, if time permits. Make sure check back and I will try to post some news and behind the scenes pictures from the set.

Well it's been a while and its time for an update. The days have been slow here at LHP but the wheels have been turning and there are some exciting days ahead. The first draft for our first feature length movie is nearly done and shooting is scheduled to begin this summer. Also for those that haven't heard it looks like there will be a name change coming soon after learning that there is another Lakehouse Productions out there. The long awaited DH commentary track is still on the back burner but hopefully I can get to it one of these days. Speaking of which $19.95 has not been forgotten but it has been put on the shelf for now. 

This summer looks to be quite busy and I hope that everyone can get involved.

Well it looks like that commentary track is still going to be a while. However their is a new movie in the works. The script should be done this spring with the movie to follow this summer. I will post more as the news comes in. Over Christmas we made a short entitled Santa Claus "the search for the truth. It is about 10 minutes long, but I will see if I can get it up on the web soon.

A new commentary track is soon to be available for Duck Hunting "a pipe dream". Some bad new though. It appears that there may already be a 'Lakehouse Production' so we are in the process of looking for a new name.

Check out the new teaser poster for the next Lakehouse movie $19.95. Look for the finished movie sometime in the fall of 2003.

10/24/02

Work is progressing slow and steady on the next Lakehouse script titled $19.95. The rough draft is 20% done and is scheduled to be finish before Christmas. We are also expecting to have a finished short film in time for the holiday season. Norm over at Aisle 7C is hard at work, and you can read his new feature length scrip at Zoetrope.com. I finished it last night and I have to say I was impressed. Look for some behind the scenes productions stills from Duck Hunting "a pipe dream" coming soon. Well its been awhile since we have add any news so here is the scoop. I am working on a new feature length movie idea. I have been looking into get some more high end equipment and have found a local place to rent an XL1 and a light Lowel kit. I should have a finished script by Christmas and maybe plan on another summer shoot. Well till then.

05/09/02:

The days continue to be slow here at LHP. We have been working on a few ideas and trailers. We are looking into production of a short documentary on an up and coming sport called roof volleyball. Now we are off to Walｫmart for supplies...

03/16/02:

We have returned from Vegas where we held our annual Lake House meeting. It was a fun trip and we managed to get a little work done. This was the first time all the Lakehouse crew had been together since the filming of Duck Hunting. It was great fun and we hope to develop some of the ideas we discussed.

02/27/02:

02/25/02:

We have begun development and script writing for our next movie. We will see how it goes but with any luck this should be our first full length feature.

02/19/02:

We have finished our short project entitled Boom. It is available in both large and smaller file sizes. Please let us know what you think. 

02/13/02:

Our short project has been rough edited and should be up in a couple of days. 

02/06/02:

Jeff and Clark spent the entire day blindfolded working on an idea for a new project. It was relatively successful but we will see how it unfolds.

02/04/02:

Filmed a short project for the web to test out our new boom mike. Editing should be done in a few days. Check back to see the finished project

02/02/02:

Live performance went good but it was a long day. We ran errands all day and performed all night. The acoustical Duck Hunting set had a lower turn out than expected but those that were there seem to really enjoy it.

01/31/02:

The Musical Talents of Duck Hunting "a pipe dream" will be playing in Austin this Saturday. There will be a chance to meet Jeff, Will, and Clark. Tapes and CD's will be on sale and they will be signing autographs. Please contact us for directions.

01/30/02:

Jeff and Clark hold a budget meeting to discuss cost cutting measures. Agree to a bulk buying program to save on expenses.

01/29/02:

Beginning of idea development for an upcoming short. Several ideas discussed and brainstorming continues
